Employees (in Texas) are courteous, even during hurried times. They do an outstanding delivery despite heavy workload in December.

The staff at the Attleboro, Ma office are very pleasant and polite. A pleasure doing business there.

I have a return to sender for a package I mailed to Illinois but it never left Michigan and I can't get an answer to why it was never sent out and I paid 25.00 to have it shipped and I was told I can't have a refund. It was sent out on the 3rd and the post office staff don't seem to know where it is. If its still sitting in Michigan why is it taking so long for it to come back to me?

Package was supposed to be delivered 12-6-19 according to tracking. Have not received it yet.why !

This is the second item in two weeks that has not been delivered by USPS. Even though it says it was on the tracking

Not only tracking a package is easily done ,but the people at my post office zip code 07035 are the best they are polite ,helpful with question and always willing to help

I sent a package out and it says they can’t fine the tracking number. Unbelievable. I paid out 11 dollars for two little things to be shipped out not even a pound.

This will be my last time ordering from this company. I didn't know it was coming from overseas until after the fact . It's a Christmas gift .I'm disappointed

Poor service on next day delivery was not delivered for 5 day’s blamed 3rd party carrier saying that they were at fault when they were not involved in the delivery process. Instead of owning up to their shortcomings on “On time delivery’s”

Can’t find out what happened to my Grandsons birthday box.

USPS doesn't update status of deliveries so you never know where your package is or when it will be delivered.

Cookeville, TN does not understand certified mail rules. Letter will show as last location of leaving Nashville, and Cookeville never scans the letter as recieved. Maybe 2 or 3 days, you might get your certified letter. Called to make a complaint, postal service said it is up to them how they handle certified mail. What a joke! If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

'Til wait a package sent nov 17, and he does'nt move since nov 23... stuck at San Francisco... wtf

Apparently my plowed driveway and freshly shoveled walkway is not accessible...
