Suppose to get package Dec 1, still nothing and no updates

I mailed a box from Columbus Ohio to Dominican Republic ...paid 94.00..for priority 6 to 10 days delivery ...2 and a half weeks later it finally arrived in Miami...it eventually made it 2 it's destination after 32 days...I understand DR has pony express mail...but I could've drove it 2 Miami faster..I regularly send packages there and it's always very lengthly...1 box took 6 weeks...smh...I now understand why the USPS lost 8.8 billion this year.

I have found that there is a lag time in following my packages. Also, USPS does not usually deliver my amazon packages on time. I hope you lose the next contract because UPS is always on time.

Said package was delivered, but I was at home at supposed delivery time and it wasn't there. USPS clearly took it to the wrong house

Very poor service I haven’t seen in my life

I have used a tracking number before now it doesn’t come up so fusterating and I paid extra for a small letter to arrive to someone special !

So slow. Fedex and ups are so much faster and cheaper. Do not use usps!

The lady at the counter specifically told me my package will get there the next day and it's missing

Priority mail.....must be at the bottom...I paid money to have it there in 3 days, and know it is going on to day 6....this is rediculous! Pony express was faster....and you had a human to talk too!

I purchased a blanket through Amazon a week before Thanksgiving and it still shows its in a NY postal facility. Going on 4 weeks now.

Can't find my package!

Delivered earlier than guaranteed. Two thumbs up.

Poor information. Unable to speak to a live person when called. This site is useless.
