It is 7 pm on Wednesday and the tracking showes the departure from Dallas @4:30 AM. I am sure there are newer updates that are not showing. That’s is why I give 1 star. This was a priority mail and should have been here on time.

You need to see "delivery detail" to believe it. Ordered 2 months ago, came to my city, they sent it back to sender but it is currently stuck in Waukegon IL. WTH.

I had an awesome experience with USPS. Tyanna was helpful and super sweet. She kindly helped ship out a package to my son serving U.S Airforce in the UK. The shipment arrived safe in less than 1 week. I’m so impressed to know I got great, fast service at a good price .I’m so thankful USPS for your great service! Highly would recommend you to anyone! Ordered a part that I need for fixing my car. Gave them my exact address to deliver. Not only did they fail to deliver, they automatically returned to sender instead of holding it at a nearby office? Or notifying me? Utter nonsense. Now I have to wait an extra week to get my car back, assuming it is handled properly this time.

Supposed to get package Dec 3.a,not so fast.I'm sick of grand claims.Prime is the only 2 day free shipping.oh they don't use uses .this sucks. How about a refund

Marco Island post office is great! We walked in to get stamps and being the holiday season was a line. I thought I would be there over 45 minutes, but they are soo efficient I was out in 15 with my 2 books of stamps!! Excellent customer service was also provided!!

Received text stating package was delivered at 2:47. Checked my porch at 2:47. No package was delivered. Who do I contact for a lost package. USPS is horrible as always.

Never have a problem with our US Postal Service, excellent!

Post office delivery service sucks!! Has gotten absolutely pathetic within the last year or so!!

I always receive a friendly smile & professional service from the staff. Although l have recently moved to Sylvania, l frequently return to the Holland office because of the marvelous service I had received in the last 15 years! :) Keep up the great job!

The tracking info for the package hasn't changed since 12/2 it's 12/4
