$21.00 to ship a small box to Chicago and it still has not arrived. No explanation and no refund! No guarantees. Terrible terrible service!

Doesn’t give any any options once I see my package. Just shows out for delivery. It also won’t allow me to change my preferences to leave my package at my house alone.

This is actually a zero rate, however my feedback will not transmit without at least one star.......This package, like every package thru USPS was not delivered... AGAIN! I have to open a case for every package. They are never delivered when they say they are. We have not received any mail since Monday 12/2/19, and this is a continuing problem that no one will address. I live in town on a walking route. I just joined Amazon Prime so that my packages will come UPS instead of USPS because I never get my "delivered" packages from USPS. I am waiting for a new bank card, that should have been delivered yesterday, but, big surprise, no mail yesterday, today, or Tuesday. I will continue to give a 0 rating until this ongoing problem is resolved.

charge to much for poor service 2day turned into four and still waiting , to bad I can't get a credit never again I will try my luck with with fedx are ups, thanks USPS

For what you pay you should have overnight service. I know for twice the amount it would have been there already.

Cheap and efficient

My local post office people are always helpful in trying to get me the best price. In general though, I know most of the postal workers care NOTHING about the things they're transporting. The things they handle could be something priceless that no amount of insurance could cover so we take a chance and leave it at the $50. I've never had a package lost though, so 4 stars, but the boxes are often badly beaten.

Worse tracking info ever!

USPS has gotten really bad over the last few years. Tried 3 sites to track before one worked. Our mail local is bad as well. My mail Tuesday arrived at almost 7 pm.

muy packing was scheduled for delivery next day and it was delivered 3 days later

Very poor service almost always late on shipping and spent almost a week chasing down a package and was treated very poorly in the process of trying to find and retrieve my package that was already a week late befor hand
