The lady at the counter specifically told me my package will get there the next day and it's missing

Priority mail.....must be at the bottom...I paid money to have it there in 3 days, and know it is going on to day 6....this is rediculous! Pony express was faster....and you had a human to talk too!

I purchased a blanket through Amazon a week before Thanksgiving and it still shows its in a NY postal facility. Going on 4 weeks now.

It is 7 pm on Wednesday and the tracking showes the departure from Dallas @4:30 AM. I am sure there are newer updates that are not showing. That’s is why I give 1 star. This was a priority mail and should have been here on time.

You need to see "delivery detail" to believe it. Ordered 2 months ago, came to my city, they sent it back to sender but it is currently stuck in Waukegon IL. WTH.

I had an awesome experience with USPS. Tyanna was helpful and super sweet. She kindly helped ship out a package to my son serving U.S Airforce in the UK. Ordered a part that I need for fixing my car. Gave them my exact address to deliver. Not only did they fail to deliver, they automatically returned to sender instead of holding it at a nearby office? Or notifying me? Utter nonsense. Now I have to wait an extra week to get my car back, assuming it is handled properly this time.

Marco Island post office is great! We walked in to get stamps and being the holiday season was a line. I thought I would be there over 45 minutes, but they are soo efficient I was out in 15 with my 2 books of stamps!! Excellent customer service was also provided!!
