Received text stating package was delivered at 2:47. Checked my porch at 2:47. No package was delivered. Who do I contact for a lost package. USPS is horrible as always.

I always receive a friendly smile & professional service from the staff. Although l have recently moved to Sylvania, l frequently return to the Holland office because of the marvelous service I had received in the last 15 years! :) Keep up the great job!

USPS is the shining example of why the government can't do anything right. A very important item, detrimental to my work should have arrived yesterday but instead they sent it to the wrong facility 30 miles away. I expect it to arrive the next day, but instead they sent it to New Jersey and now it is completely useless to me and I'm screwed and going to lose money. Once again, fuck you.
