I guys always loose my packages

This website tells me nothing no information on the package and no way to track it this is terrible and completely unacceptable package number 701-916-4000 1020 91674 Is Lost over something since the 27th of November I can get nothing except it left Arkansas on the 27th this is totally unacceptable

I tried to contact UPS for over an hour. I would enter my tracking number and was told it was the wrong number. Without a tracking number the recorded voice would not connect me with an agent. This was very frustrating.

Pay to have in 7 to 10 business days and now you say won't be here till January 1st! This is unexceptable!

Still waiting for package to arrive at my daughters place, sent on 11/20/19

Great personnel and service

everything came fast and intact.

Out for delivery at 7 am. Couldn’t deliver by 7pm.

3rd time I have paid good money to get My delivery met as promised by the USPS.. They only bested by 3 days will I get a refund I highly doubt it.. No wonder they want to eliminate your jobs..

Received broken....want another that doesn't look played with prior to selling. Broken during shipping, smashed box, no protection to it.

They legit threw the package at my door but it was pretty fast
