It's being 1st time i had send some parcel to india..my friend sugguested me to do the parcel from USPS..and i agreed to do it..its really a bad experience with you guys ..there was some stuff with some sentiments and love to being delivery from your end for some special occasion ..but it's seem there is some revert back from your side. I am highly disappointed from your end ..i had parcel my your seattle bothell branch on 19th of Nov..through priority express mail .because it's was being very urgent tosend ths stuff.my brother he went to your bothell office to check the status but the lady in the counter said to bring the bill ..after that still we try to contact you guys by your USPS tracking ..it's show that the parcel is being held in custom..when I spoke to one of your executive whose name was Greg he just inform me that my parcel is held in custom .when i ask he he told he will give me the number of the custom he gave me 80027587777 number to contact.when i contact this number there was USPS call which could not help me in any way ..it's being my heartful request to see ths review and get back with some revert back to me on this number..it's really being very unsatisfied experience .i just need to nw y the custom had hold my parcel.there was just some chocolates and clothes and some artificial jellery.i need the revert back as soon as I can please..

Very easy to use website and I can't remember ever having an issue with Priority Delivery Confirmation packages sent via the Postal Service !!!

Efficient and could keep track of my package easily. Still can't beat the united states postal service to get the things mailed at a reasonable price.

Promissed 5 day delivery now it is 13 th day my time sensitive document has not arrived to it’s destination I have to pay a penalty because it passed the deadline.I paid $64.95 for speedy priority express mail I am very disappointed for your service and you should reimburse me the fee. Service sucks mailed certified letter 11/21. Today12/2 still not delivered

Have had a certified letter tracked for 5 business days. It has been listed as "traveling to next facility" all this time. What's the point of having this tracking if there is no location to track it at?
