Send a package 11/21 pay for air service over the sea for my Soldier he didn’t received yet really upset

Tracking says package sent overnight was delivered but it never was.

I love the workers at iuka and Burnsville Mississippi post office they are friendly and very helpful

Is there any recourse for horrible service? I’ve had 5 packages lost, delayed (due to ridiculous reasons such as the most recent of ‘animal interference’), or damaged. That’s 5 of 5, a 100% fail rate. I have never, in my life time, had a negative experience with FedEx nor Amazon deliveries. How does this company continue to exist?

Our mail delivery is spotty at best. Local post office needs to hire more staff as ours often doesn’t get delivered until after 6pm. I feel bad for the carriers as they are working so very hard.

It seems unacceptable to me that a package would ship Nov 22nd and there be absolutely no updates in over a week. I understand a little more time is needed because it's coming to Canada...but it should have hit the boarder by your Thanksgiving holiday. And there's no indication of where it is more the a week later.

Package has been sitting in York PA for over a week and hasn't moved at all. Unacceptable.

Always the best way to go. No matter if you ship clothes, gifts or even perishable fruit as I have arrived on time in good condition.

No updates in transot since nov 26 no updates on delivery and its nov 30 should of been here nov 26

I dropped off this package on Wednesday November 27th at 11:40 at Sacramento El Camino Branch for delivery to Seattle WA with “Expected Delivery date 11/30/19 - today, 11/30/19 at 8pm, it’s still sitting in a Sacramento distribution center!

I had a pkg addressed to my street address but I get mail at a PO box at the same post office. The mail carrier took my pkg back to the post office to have it forwarded to my PO box. I was told a forwarded pkg would have to go to Jacksonville FL then be returned to my post office to be delivered to my PO box. Now it has been sent to California...I live in Georgia!!!!

Want to make certain the package actually arrived into the hands of the recipients.

Very happy package was received next day!

Shipped a envelope on November 22,2019 still hasn't gotten to the destination. I paid for the Express 3-5 days promise.
