They don't keep the promise day. I paid for Express shipping

USPS has pretty much NEVER delivered a package to me on the estimated date. Not once. I am directly in city limits of Wake Forest, not some rural address. Package "estimated" for delivery today is all the way up in Rochester NY so not even close. I will probably not see it until middle of next week. Sender promised for Monday. Once again US Post Office illustrates why the competition beats them on a daily basis. It's become a bad joke of a service.

My package has taken longer than 5 days. Very disappointed.

I had 2 TV's sent and both TV's were cracked from the screen when they got to me. I don't thing they took care too much about the package; "priority mail". What could be done about this?

Package never received from Amazon even though it says was delivered in mailbox

Se supone que recibiera mi paquete hoy a las 3:00pm , son las 5:00pm y aún no lo he recibido. Es una pena es mi primera mala experiencia con el correo de USA. Y lo más lamentable es que es comida que me envió mi señora madre de Puerto Rico.

I've been waiting for my medication from my mail order. It was to arrive Friday Nov 29. This is the 30th & I still have not received.

This post office is a well run and staffed with really nice employees! They always smile! Kudos to the Georgetown KY 40324 Post Office!

Package is 3 days laye and wont give me a delivery date what a joke

Shipped a package 27 October still hasn’t gotten to the destination, it’s been over a month. Shipped another package before that, got to it’s destination 3 weeks after shipping and when it got to the destination the package was destroyed along with it’s contents.

Ask n assisted getting a Birthday card. Thanks.

Very Rude and Lazy Staff!

This package I am reviewing is being shipped from PA to someone else in PA . It has been to Pittsburgh, New Jersey and is now in Ohio. This is not acceptable. I am not happy!
