It's ridiculous that a package sent on January 23rd is still not being delivered as of January 30th

I paid for 2 day delivery and it was not delivered on time why did I have to pay so much for regular delivery I feel like I've been robbed.

Shipped Sunday. Paid for 2nd delivery. It's Tuesday night, no pkg yet! If I could give a 0 stars I would!!

Right now I don't think I can give a. review. My package was to arrive at my sons yesterday. It was 85 miles south of where it was suppose to be and this morning it was in Illinois. I dont understand. You pay this money to get it shipped there and that's not what happened.

Packages tracking indicates it arrived the day before, but it was not delivered until the next day. This has happened before with weekend deliveries. It makes me wonder why the carrier reports it delivered when it in fact wasn't? It has only happened on the weekend our week day carrier is awesome. Thank you.

I could track my package being delivered as priority. It took an extra day, which was fine. It did get there early today. Thankyou

All the time they say that they didn't know me at my address and my orders never come to my address, only when they are fedex if they deliver them to me

I have a certified letter that went from Tampa on the 26th. It went to Sarasota 2 days later. Then back to Tampa. Hasn't showen up yet in lakeland by the 30.

This the second time I haven't received my package and UPS keeps saying they delivered in my mail box, but that's not true.

Why i didn't receive my item??

My package looked like it was kicked from Kansas to California. It’s amazing that the contents made it!

My small package was send to a friend in Denver, Colorado, on 26 Dec 24, they said the address was unknown then they returned, but the package was sent to Georgia, Virginia, back to Denver, Georgia and today 30 January was sent to Colorado again. TERRIBLE! People at the post office can’t help.

It's been a week and my package hasn't left LA..... UPS will put you out of business

7 PLUS DAYS AND MY PRIORTY MAIL ENVOLPE STILL IS NOT DELIVERED ? TO SOUTH CAROLINA IT SKIPPED OVER SOUTH CAROLINA 2 TIMES AND STILL AIN'T WHERE IT SHOULD BE .( AT LEAST ACCORRDING TO THEM) SO MUCH FOR 3 DAYS !!!!!!! THE NEW POST OFFICE !!!!!!!

I mailed a time sensitive envelop on the 24th (First Class and Certified). The clerk told me I had plenty of time for it to arrive in the next town over. It was suppose to arrive 5 days ago. My envelop is still stuck in transit and this delivery is in the same county. I should have delivered it myself.
