Sent a Priority Envelope from Roselle, IL. Sat in Roselle for 8 days and after an inquiry, left Roselle on Thursday. Finally got to St Louis on Sunday. Told us it would arrive before 9 PM on Monday night. At 10 PM notified us that it was not delivered and they did not when it would be. For this kind of service I paid $9.95. Terrible service!

I know everything was delayed because of bad weather. But when USPS got caught up, my package was delivered undamaged. Thanks.

I mailed a package from Oklahoma to Virginia on Friday and it arrived in perfect condition on Monday as receipt stated. I had the same good experience about a month ago. I like being able to track the package all the way too.

Sent a certificate letter on Jan 6th did not receive notice back letter was received today is the 29th of Jan

dont know where my package I sent to my friend is the post office said it was delivered on Saturday that just pass ,but my friend tells me she never got it !!!!! I know that I put the correct address on it cause I double checked on her address so what happened to her package,!????

My package was lost. I mailed it on January 6th, but it only shows January 6th on the map. I called the post office and they told me they would check as soon as possible and contact me, but no one has contacted me until today.

Terrible registered mail service! Mailed 19 December to LA scheduled to arrive 23 December 2023, but still sitting in KC as of 29 January 2024!

My mother sent me a package from Houston to orange on the 22nd and it the 29 and it's still not here

The USPS has mistakenly seized a package of turquoise I ordered from another country. They say its prohibited, but won't provide any documentation to that effect because it is NOT a prohibited item. I think someone mistook turquoise for tortoise and seized my package in error, but nobody at the USPS will help me try to resolve this matter. I open .title service requests that

The Jackson Ga post office is a disaster The route driver will not deliver heavy packages; will not deliver mail to correct addresses many times; is very rude when inquiring about a package; service is very poor. When attempting to speak to anyone at the post office they are rude and stand offish. There is no open communications. The Post Master is impossible to deal with.

How come my package went across the United States twice and took 3 weeks to get to me
