So I mailed a certified letter on July 30, 2024 to a city that is less than 7 miles from where I live. As of today, August 14th it now says it's FINALLY in transit to it's destination. This is ridiclious. It should have taken a couple of days to get there, maybe three at the most.

Absolutely terrible packages are always late. Never listen to instructions.

My package was mailed to me on July 18th from Grand Rapides, Michigan. It normally takes just 4 days either way. It is now August 11,2024 and still have not received it. Mailed out a package going to Warren, Michigan and package hasn’t gotten there either. What in the world is going on with the postal service?

Was told 10 business days and it was exactly 10 days. Tracking this is not the easiest to find

I was working so hard to get my 15-year-old son is passport so he could move to Canada and get away from the gangs and trouble that he's been in, well last night he got in trouble and now he legally can't even come here to live with me a few idiots would have gotten his passport delivered to him on time he would have never been there to get in trouble thanks for nothing

I don't understand why!! My package was sent out on 8/2/24 from Iowa supposed to be delivered by 8/5/24 also in Iowa but was sent to Philadelphia!! Why???? FINALLY almost a week later it's out for delivery in iowa,,,I will never use you guys again especially for a package

Purchased an item on 8-1-2024, package arrived at facility on the 4th, it was said to arrive on the 3rd, but it’s the 7th and has been in this building for 3 days. Should have been here by now. It’s clear from my experience among others that it is in no rush to get the packages delivered on time.

This is a desaster, have been waiting for my package since July 6th, and still not even close, it salds every day that it Will arrives the same day we are in, yesterday it Was supose to arrive the 6th and today it arrives the 7th, this is a joke

I've been waiting for a delivery since July 25th, and today is already August 7th, and still nothing. The website said it would be delivered on August 1st, then August 4th, and there is no more information. What a disappointment with this company.

Absolute worst service ever. Been waiting on a passport and it's been in the mail less than 50 mi from its destination for 3 weeks!!! Amazon has no problem getting packages on time

Not good at all, next time I'll use UPS, sent package out on8/2/24 and paid extra to get to the destination by 8/5/24 receipt shows delivery date and it's still not there

My package has been on out for delivery for 2 days. Today's the third if not delivered. Now that this review was in I may get a sorry package is delayed. If not, then, there's a lack of tracking issues. Yes, they do make tracking simple and easy, but where's my package?
