POSTAL CARRIER SAID THAT THEY DELIVERED A PACKAGE TODAY, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!

It's so sad to see where this company has come to. I order a product for my surgery on 07/27/24 to ensure it would be here by 8/07. I received notification that I would receive it on 8/05/24. That day came and no item. Later that day I received a message that is would be here the day after my surgery. Thank God Amazon overnighted to item so I received in time for my surgery. USPS needs to revamp there system or not take business if that can't fulfill the obligations. Its never to late to do better.

I paid for priority shipping which was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday it is Tuesday and still no package. No wonder all your newer competitors crush you. The postal service has gone down the toilet
