Paid for my mortgage payment to get to Pittsburgh overnight. Five days later tracking had it in Pittsburgh, but not delivered. These people are assholes!

Mailed Priority package on 11/15/19. Tracking information states package arrived at distribution center on 11/17. On 11/19 it has left and returned to same center. Not ok.

Excellent customer service. The employee was polite, courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions politely and completely.

The clerk was very helpful on the defferent prices to send packages

Never accurate or correct information

Always easy tk track and know exactly where my package is. Only once in over 15 yrs did they have to refund me the cost of a next day that did t make it on time. That's impressive!!

I am a retired Postal Manager with numerous issues with deliveries to the Miami area. This is the third issue with critical documents mailed Express Mail with guaranteed delivery Monday, November 18, 2019 by 15:00. Mail piece arrived at the Miami Distribution Center at 01:44 Monday, November 18, 2018. Delivery has not taken place to date.

I wish everyone would use UPS. Every time FRDEX & USPS get ahold of my package delivery’s are an adventure
