The info takes forever to be update

They were unable to help me ship a poster in a tube because they did not have a box and they were very rude when I asked about a bigger box. I do not recommend the loveland post office to anyone

Paid for next day service..did not happen...want refund $25

I mailed a letter (registered)on 11/4/19 and it arrived 11/19/19--from Clarendon Hills, IL to Topeka, KS. Why did it take so long? It was in transit from Bedford Park, IL distribution center to Kansas City distribution center for 7 days. Yet, you can't tell why! This was a time sensitive mailing so I am very concerned about your service. In addition, when I called your answering machine goes on and on and I can't find the right message or a way to speak with a representative. After all this, I think the least you can do is refund the fees I paid of $6.85.

USPS really stinks!! Can't track my package after several trys of putting in the tracking number.

Tracking is ridiculous. Too much bullshit.

Well, my package got it's destination and wasn't even there five days and they returned it and it's been nearly a month since they returned it and I still haven't received it!!
