they never deliver at home

Paid for tracking on an envelope and can't track it

Takes forever to get a package. No one at the post office can give me a straight answer why it was received at another states post office and then lost. Wth....

Tracking number 9505 5143 6248 9316 3008 75, mailed packge for my grandaughters birtday on the 18,mail person in there notes at the post office entered that the mailbox was full or package too stuffed and that he left a slip for pickup which he did not leave, today monday the 18 no delivery no slip, this is a continuing isdue with this area in Brooklyn, last year there package was delivered where??? USPS would be my last option to ship anything. Terrible customer service and their delivery personnel are lazy.

The USPS always does a great job.

For the volume of things that they process they do a very good job. No complaints from us at all.

Paid 7 bucks to send signature requested,return reviept, only to get a note on tracking....left with individual...wtf is that.Had a specific name it was afdressed to

Very easy to track items on this.

First section states package delivered, next section states out for delivery. Now I see why USPS is going bankrupt and time for me to go back to FEDEX. At least I get exact real time information time from them. I even paid extra for signature yet USPS never states it was signed for or even who signed for it.

USPS is great!! They have never tossed a package or peed in my yard. I can't say the same for the other two!!

Some of the best times I've had with my postal service has been my delivers. I remember giving one of my delivers a cup of hot soup when it was a very cold and long day for her. I could go on and on, but I will end my comment.

We are constantly having trouble with our delivery postman. We are home yet he leaves sorry we missed you sheets and we have to go to post office. There are 4 people who live at this address and we were definitely home on the days he says he missed us. He doesnt attempt to walk up the stairs to the front door is the problem. We have a locked mailbox and we have given him a key too so he can open for packages. This has happened several times. Please help to resolve this problem.
