Multiple times my package shows up after days of no updates, And If I check back after its shipped.all the package updates will be there and they will back date it all. This means DAYS and In one instance a week and some change with no updates and so you thinking ur package is stuck somewhere. Then it magically appears

I have a problem with my order stating I ha e received it. I'm thinking more than likely it went to 53652 Lane St. Rather than 53652 Kershner Lane. These two roads run right next to each other but the correct address should be verified before delivery. I'm not a very happy person at this time.

Friggin package is over two weeks late , they lost it and it was priority mail I will from now on make sure I use UPS or Federal Express . I go to the post office here and was treated rudely

Still have not received my overnight express mail - this tracked my overnight mail for three days then stopped. You need to have a zero to tap in your rating because this service does not rate even one star.

I love how simple it is to use USPS online. I can prearrange pickups and deliveries, track each and every package right to my doorstep and so much more! It frequently updates if there are any changes in my pickups or deliveries so I can be here immediately to recieve my packages or change dates and times if necessary. I can even leave I instructions like "use side door " I can even have my deliveries left at a friend or neighbors or opt to pick them up myself at a nearby postal office. I really love the customer service.

If I could give you a NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD!! This letter was a priority letter and I paid for it to be delivered as such It appears as if it sat in the El Paso Facility for 7 days before they decided to send it to the person who it was addressed to I feel that I deserve a full refund and that they should’ve contacted the person that it was addressed to if they were not going to deliver it to the address on the envelope.

One star any may be revised downward. Package is three days late. Still awaiting delivery! Package has been at last transit station for five days! No progress and no explanation. Unsatisfactory service regressing to NO SERVICE.

An important urgent court paper kept bouncing between zip codes 49001 and 49004 when the label clearly stayed zip code 49005. I thank GOD the opposing attorney agreed to postpone our hearing.

I've been waiting for a package that was to be delivered the nov 14 ended up late and set to arrive the nov 18 now I'm being told it should be delivered from anywhere from nov 19 to nov 22 and they cant find my package .

Very frustrating. Mail carrier takes her time,has skipped our mail box when we've had mail going out,had not delivered packages that say have been delivered. Tried to file a complaint but was immediately dismissed and told not to worry about it. Understand that yhey have a difficult job at times,but it is getting ridiculous.
