I tried to use tracking but it didn’t tell me where my package is Suppose delivered to Fayetteville N C tomorrow but it’s still in Cincinnati DONOT think it will get to NC by tomorrow AGAIN

I watched the tracking on my orders only to see it go from the local post office to four and a half hours away and then back to be delivered 4 days late.I've actually seen it go from my home City all the way to an another state and then back and show up a week and a half late.

Horrible and very misleading and inaccurate service!

I paid for something to be Delivered on October 31, 2019 and it didn’t arrive until November 4!!!! Dated material!!! Get it together!

The only problem I had using USPS was that their facility had no handicapped entrance provision. I am in a wheelchair, so it was most inconvenient for me and my attention. I thought Federal Law required Handicapped doors in all of their facilities. At least some of the patrons were helpful in opening the doors.

Not nearly enough information. How do you track something when there isn't information on it?

Why it took 2 days to go 100 miles our postal service isn’t what it use to be

Completely discusses me that a package was due here November 4 and noone can answer phone at Orlando Seminole distribution center and no update on tracking site. Makes me wonder how many thieves work at this center

Your shipping department is completely and utterly incompetent. I had a guaranteed delivery of yesterday. Someone was home all day, there is complete access to our house no road closures, no fires or hurricanes , etc and your tracking info says “delivery attempted, no access to delivery location “. A complete and shameful LIE!

They don't care , all I got to say

It’s better than no tracking info but not by much. Updates are slow and often don’t come until after package has arrived which is worthless.
