Horrible service. Wrong address delivery 2 times

Got ABSOLUTLY NO help from customer service you lost my package all he told me was to put in tracking number. Well great now I know where my package is sitting so could someone get off their butt and send it to my nephew!It is still in the same place for almost 3 weeks. I sent 2 packages for almost $40 to my nephew in Bowling Green Ohio he is a freshman I would love for him to get it before he graduates. One box is no good without the other

I am never disappointed with the USPS.

I really don't understand why my package tracking # shows it to have been checked in less that 25 miles from my post office in Houston,Tx and then the next route it takes is straight to Huntsville,TX? What is the problem? My town is Porter,Tx. Why would you send it completely out of my area by over 40 miles? Makes absolutely no sense at all!!!

Although it took two service requests after the tracking number failed to track our package, USPS got it to us!

This pkg was suppose to arrive on the 25th of October, what the hell? It still hasn't arrived

Where is my package? I mailed it october 24 and it hasnt been delivered as of late november 2

They always lose my packages or show up way too late.
