There is no reason for packages to take this long. 10 days and still not received.

Not happy at all. Package was going from Indianapolis Indiana to Anderson, Indiana but got sent to Cincinnati Ohio for processing. Was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, still wasn't there Thursday, Oct. 31 and it contained my grandkids Halloween costume accessories. I called but couldn't get a straight answer from the rep. Thankfully trick or treat got postponed due to weather.

If you can afford to ship another way, do it. Most awful way to mail or ship anything.

It takes forever to get anything to a PO Box anymore

Left 2 certified mailings at the willoughby Ohio p.o. on 10. 25. Supposedly it just left Cleveland this morning 11-01. Almost a week later. I should have just driven them to Atlanta

Paid for 3 day delivery and it is the 4th day and it is still in transit.

Keep up the great work US post office, I know the holidays are here, keep your heads up and stay strong as usual

I would rather it the old way and your number stays in there when you go back to check on it again

For the money usps is still a bargain

Awful. My pkg has been In Memphis 5 days now heading to. New Orleans area. Shipped from Vernon, NY Oct.21...perishable homemade cookies will be no good. Suppose to be there 5 to 8 days Nov. 1 will be 11 days. What the heck. Never use ground again. Cost me $40 to ship for nothing. Fed Ex or UPS for me. Ridiculous (9534 6137 3492 9294 4373 09

Never had any problems with the deliveries . Or at the post office .

The mail of my wife and my daughter has not yet arrive since june 9, 2019 Im very disappointed!!!!!!!

Did exactly what it said it was going to do track my package

Sent cell phone to insurance company on October 9th didn't get scanned to track till October 19th. It's October 31st and hasn't been a change in tracking since October 24th. Still has not reached destination.
