Clerk 52 was wonderful..crowd around but he was very cordial and efficient..no time wasted but at ease...good man for the job

Sent pkg. from Mesa,AZ to Alpena, MI. It took 4 weeks. I can drive there in three days. Thanks but no thanks for the cost it is NOT worth it to me. Never use USPS again. After that I sent a pkg , same size and weight, through Fedex it arrived in Michigan in three-four days after I sent it. Cost less and arrived on promised arrival time. Can only give it one star however I would give half a star if I could.

According to the tracking numbers they have made two deliverie attempts to a business during business hours and still no package. I recieved the other package I ordered at the same time.

Still waiting for it to get to the destination, tracking from 1:12 pm shows it leaving Cincinnati but nothing since. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday!!

Very disappointed... My package was to be delivered on Oct.28,2019, here it is Nov.1,2019 and it's still sitting in Dallas Tx per the tracking. It's also left and returned to Dallas twice now. UPS or FEDEX from now on.

So you won't accept reviews without a star rating, but the five stars are for being so competent that you sent my priority mail package to El Paso instead of Victoria, which was the address on the package.

I sent a package to my daughter I. Germany from the us... the package was attempted to be delivered but no one was home... says it is at a facility there but she went there and it is not there... tried to call the 800 number and could only get automated service with no help... spent 75 dollars to shop and no one seems to be able to help

Guess I should be glad the package arrived but I’m pissed I paid for 2-day priority. My receipt clearly states I gave possession of my package to the Postal Clerk at 9:45am on Monday, yet tracking reports delivery as Thursday after 2pm!!! It was being mailed to same time zone and there were No reported storms or inclement weather to cause delay. So I want a refund!!! USPS did not honor the contract or commitment it made to me!
