There are zero reasons to entrust USPS to deliver on time. My latest lapse in judgment to use USPS, RESULTED in my registered mail, sent from very near ATLANTA on a Monday, STILL in Atlanta on a Friday. Destination Oregon. Promised delivery was Saturday..

I paid $279 for premium mail delivery and was suppose to get it on Wednesday, January 24. Today is Friday, January 26 and was suppose to get it at 9:27. I did not get it. Very poor service.

Avoid all contact with the postal service. Next time I will pay for UPS or FEDEX. Government services at their finest. Raise prices while service plummets. What a business model!

I understand that the post office is a government entity so I don't expect much from them. But I don't understand why they ship way out of the way from the final destination. I will pay more for FEDEX or UPS next time and avoid all contract with the postal service.

It's no wonder the usps has so many financial problems they send packages in the wrong direction. They are so disorganized it is crazy

I mailed a letter January 17 certified mail,it was supposed to arrive at destination less than 300 miles away January 20, today is January 26 and it still has not arrived at destination. I mailed a package the same day with scheduled arrival January 22, it arrived in Pueblo Colorado in, thousands of miles away January 20-2 days early, my letter 200 miles away has not been delivered, why??????

My package said it was delivered yesterday but I ain't received it yet and I just want to know what's going on with it

Mailed a certified letter in NJ to FL. One week now and tracking says it's STILL in NJ!!! Awful!! Should have used UPS or Fed Ex!

Regardless the weather and anything that is going on they delivered my package thank you GOD BLESS

I'm very disappointed. I paid to fast delivery. Delivery on Thursday 25 , 2024. I never received anything.

very unhappy paid extra to have my letter there on the 22nd an now the 26th and they still havent delivered it an wont refund and they want to know why people don't want to use them i wouldn't have given them a star but this is making me

They don’t deserve any star because my sister send goods to our sister in the States since December 6, up till now, to January 26, we have not received it. And none of them from Nigeria postal to US postal none of them can explain it to us.

I didn't receive my package and it showed it has been delivered. This is 4 times in the last 3years this has happened. Last year it showed a package was delivered I called the Post Office and they called the carrier and said that the carrier delivered it to another location. The next day the carrier brought it to the right after going back to the wrong address address. Tomorrow I will be calling the sheriff's office to report my package as stolen and asked them to start and investigate on the mail carrier.

This is horrible and very disappointing it's showing my package was delivered on 01/21 and I have not received it. And there is no people to talk to. How am I suppose to work with this?

Im in MA and my daughter travels all over US training for UFC. I send her packages all the time and I’m FED UP with paying extra money for priority or 2 day shipping, when it NEVER EVER arrives on TIME! USPS is a JOKE! I’m using FEDEX or UPS from now on! I didn’t realize this happened to so many others. Don’t use them anymore!
