Why do y’all never give customers accurate timing this is the worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!!

I am very disappointed and angry. I was told my package would be received by the 26th which is tomorrow. I have been waiting patiently. However, I just tracked my package and it says it was delivered monday, January 22nd at 5:01 p.m. I have not received the package and I am home everyday all day. Looking at other reviews I'm wondering if they're not taking packages. Looks like all week, people have been expecting packages and they're saying delivered but customers have not received. The company that shipped my package is now saying they're not responsible for deliveries. So I lost my money.

Tracking # 9405511206204596173026 I can't get anyone on the phone. It shows this package was delivered to post off zip 77302 on 1/10/24 should arrive 1/14/24 still in transit. Please just check to see if it's sitting. It will take longer to get my 140.00 refund from the company if we do a claim.

Sent an envelope certified mail from Conyers post office to another Conyers business address and it’s been almost a month and have not received it. I kept being told it was being investigated and received no help. Ended up having to send another envelope to the business because of people not caring if it was delivered or not. I received absolutely no help and spoke with supervisor. The postmaster should speak to customers when the customer asks to speak with them! Not happy at all and trust has gone out the window!

What in the world that why it takes so long for the post office to delivery our mails? I sent a regular certified mail on 1/17, today is 1/25, one week later, my mail is still in transit somewhere? Unacceptable :(

A package mailed to me from New Jersey Jan 13 was in Houston from Jan 15 to Jan 24. 9 days in Houston? USPS is setting new records for incompetence.

I pay for express 1 day and still at the Post office

My package has been all over the globe except for at my address it's been out since Jan 12, and here it is Jan 25. I would never use USPS SERVICES AGAIN

Estimated delivery was the 21st of January...it it now the 25th.

Mailed pkg on Monday to my niece. Said it should be there on Wednesday. Still hasn't been delivered. Now saying Friday. Postal rates have gone up, but service seems to be slower. Come on get your act together. We are paying plenty to keep you folks in business!!!!

I mailed an envelope from NJ to NY on January 19th. It is now the 25 th and it has not been delivered

Usps Should really go out of business.

Its a horrible service. Government should sell to a private company who can handle the service better. 0 stars if I could give it a 0.

Sent a Priority large envelope on 1/18/24 2 to 3 days ship. It is now day 7. 1/25/24.
