The worst delivery service

I have two packages I mailed Saturday am. One has already been delivered in NC. The other is still in transit thru Rochester headed to IN. Slow as usual. Package still in transit!! If this priority package doesn’t get delivered by tomorrow it will be third year in row that it will be delivered after Halloween to a grandchild!! Problems in Rochester, NY???? I’ve heard this is not unique to my mailings!!
