For the second time they claimed the attempted to deliver my package and no one was home, that was false. I reviewed my camera for the whole day in separate occasions did not see any mail person at my front door. Very disappointed

I was suppose to get my product guaranteed by Ebay on Oct 25. Still have not received and now Oct. 39. Ordered on Oct 20th

Tracking system on line is very poor. Status indicates Out for Delivery for 3 days. Recd a text message that attempt to deliver. Checked with individual and they were home waiting for package. Poor USPS service.

You people (U.S. postal service) STINK

My package was not delivered at the time that is listed. There were no tickets left on doir nor in mailbox. This mail person comes late or later everyday,sometimes doesnt even stop.

Crystal Lake postal office is the worst ! In the past year it's gotten even more worse. I didn't get mail for 3 weeks at one point. Now they have list a very expensive coun I ordered. It should of a been delivered to me 3 weeks ago. Now I have to go threw the hassle AGAIN to try and get a refund and reorder. This very expensive coun WAS supposed to be a present. Thank you for messing that up AGAIN

Self serve , weight, address, postage, Wouldn't take 2 diff. Cards for payment... went to window $1.90 flat large envelope ,increased to $4.57 cos it was too long to fit in their box... Said would,ve been marked for Postage due... Last time I will ever use the USPS..... met nobody who could logically explain.... just "Sorry for your in convienence" LINE...

Excellent service, courteous, prompt

As of today. Tracking stated package placed in mailbox. Mail is on Hold. Checked with neighbor, Nothing in mailbox.

The package has not been delivered after 8 days I wanted to be compensated for this package

after I payed $25 never receive my mail on time.
