My package that had my medications that I have to take every day was not delivered and I paid over night shipping!

First I’m told I can’t send my package because it was a new guy. He then proceeds to argue with the lady that’s training him that he was taught differently in the “academy”. My package goes out of state before being delivered in state. Ridiculous!
