I mailed a certified letter on the 21st of Oct to Colorado.... Oct 26th it still hasn't arrived

I mailed a package from Marietta, OH on 10-18-19 to my daughter in Alexandria, LA and it was expected to be delivered on 10-21-19 however it still has not arrived to her. I have never had this much trouble sending packages before and no one can tell us what the problem is, I feel that this is very poor and unprofessional service.

It got to Hawaii but yet not to the address it suppose to be delivered to. Went out 10/17/19 and today is the 26th!

Apparently my shipment is lost in transit. No record in system of being scanned in past 6 days... disappointed in service :(

This package sit in Memphis Tennessee for 7 days. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/21/19 and it still not there. Once I calked to inquire the package begin to travel. I call on Tuesday and package was shipped to Massachusetts by Friday. If it was not stalled in Memphis Tennessee it would have arrived on time. Every dissatisfied

Package that I’m supposed to receive on 15th is not yet delivered

The postman's on my area stinks..He leaves door knockers and nevers attempts to deliver. He parks down the street and dont want to carry my package.

They charge more money for EVERYTHING and have the WORST customer service.
