TAKE YOUR OVERNIGHT TO UPS!!!!!

Last Tuesday, January 16th, sent a piece of mail Priority Status and Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, to Cambridge Housing Authority. I paid for Priority Mail status, which should had arrived 2 days later on Thursday, January 18, 2024. As of this day of Wednesday, January 24, 2024, my Priority Mail has not arrived to Cambridge Housing Authority; I also Tracked the mail, and the track said it's in transit. Come on USPS you guys gave to do better than this!

Horrible service. Priority service taking 5days and still counting...............

Your service is so poor and horrible. Paid for priority without getting the service. A parcel that is supposed to get to his destination within 3days is just leaving after 5days. As at Tuesday Tracking number indicated details were not captured in your system for a parcel that has been submitted since Saturday. A refund for the priority service is required at this point.

I am very disappointed when will you deliver my package priority mail is supposed to take only two days please get your acts together

My granddaughter paid $28.75 for 2 day PM delivery of her RV trailer tag to me. I was to bring the RV to NC Tuesday. Today is Wednesday with no tag in sight.

i sent a package on friday the 19th of jan 2024 and as of today jan 24,24 it still has not been delivered. i think i need to get a refund as you told me it would be there monday, i understand the weather but it hasnt been snowing there that much.

Never had a problem. My certified and registered mailings always get there safe and sound.

The USPS isn’t worth my tax dollars. They showed on their ‘tracker’ it was delivered to my location (which has cameras everywhere). It wasn’t. When I called to talk to someone (God knows where they were in the country) they told me it was delivered at a different location, which they couldn’t tell me where due to ‘privacy issues’. What is that supposed to mean??

I'm waiting a package it's send 01/05/2024, it's suppose to in my mail 01/08/2024. I'm in Atlanta GA, when I track they show me it's in McDonough 1/07/2024. I still receive nothing.. someone have the same problem with USPS? I was in the office they says the package is not here, and I saw it's in McDonough GA. What's wrong....

I ordered a package and was to be here Monday, I track the package and it was in town and now I see it was sent to Illinois. What is the issue? It was in town and now I will probably not get it for another week. Can't the post office read address or zip code and send it somewhere else.

Mailed a letter 36miles, across a mountain and during snow and ice storms. Cost me $10.00. 7. Days later letter still not there. At a building across town. Why??I could have walked the letter there 20times since mailing It... Why are you paying employees Big bucks for poor service.. We the customer is sufferimg because of your crappy work.. Very private documents that lord knows Who will see now.. poor service

From now on I'm using FedEx or ups,,us mail is too slow and they deliver to wrong places,uhg

My packages are always delivered within the estimated time. So far, so good.
