Your system is pathetic. I thought USPS was professionally run. The tracking system is just a runaround.

Sent registered letter to Texas from Los Angeles Monday January 16. Was told it would be at destination Monday Jan.22. Today is Jan. 23 and letter is still in California as per tracking info. Why do I pay $17 for such a service?

Why is my shipment coming from Colorado when I live in Washington state? It was supposed to be here almost 3 weeks ago. If you've ever experienced morning sickness, lasting all day for 3 weeks, the medication is highly necessary. Its not something I can easily get locally. I'm annoyed they shipped so far out of state and are taking so long.

The tracking has always been interesting and getting a message when it’s delivered has been great

I mailed a package to be delivered January 4, 2024...today is January 23, 2024, my package is still not delivered. No one has an answer other than Houston is having a problem in their distribution center.....20 days and the package is in limbo....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Priority mail to be delivered on Thursday January 22, 2024. Still NOT DELIVERED. Post Office will not answer phone. Tracking shows delivered.

My package was gong to League City , tx and it sat in Houston, TX for days. Trying to get information from post office in Houston. Was answered by a computer and went in circles for two hours to get a live person which said it was out for delivery. We shall see. I am so sick and tired of talking to computers and not a person. What is this world coming to.

Man ..I paid for overnight mail 4 days ago.... I'm getting no updates....and when I call....it's A.I., $30 for this, and now they are saying..when they find it...they will give me my 3 back...it wasn't delivered on time....give me my $ back, and find my paperwork...can I get that....

My tracking has been an issue getting delivered so I think what I’m going to do instead is getting delivered at my house instead the Post Office :c

If there is option of 0 star then I will give 0.Worst delivery company ever.i ordered on December 17 2023. They said delivery time 7 to 14 days but not yet received my parcel. It's January 23 2024.

This is crazy packages take three or four weeks to get somewhere what is going on with the post office they uesed to up hold better standards
