We mailed a registered package last week Monday, and now, a week and a half later, the package has still not arrived to its destination. I tried tracking it, but the tracking app doesn't tell you exactly where it's at. It just says in transit. We're very disappointed with our postal system lately.

USPS is the worst option you can get,go to Fedex or UPS,i have been waiting for my package for 12 days when it was supposed to get here in 5 maybe 6 days, they stopped sending updates on the tracking number 7 days ago, last location was Houston 7 days ago which is only 5 and half hours from where i live,i don't understand how can it take 7 days for a 5 hr drive,i think they lost my package which had a value of over 800 dlls and you bet im gonna be asking for a full refund.

The heavy ceramic bowl that was an heirloom was smashed to smithereens . Both myself and my granddaughter were devastated. And after extra caution was taken. I'll never ship usps again on ANYTHING

This is a mess , you can't mail anything out. It not like it long time ago peoples care about each other. But now the people's take thing from you .this post offices had employees concern.but no more. The rate should not be one star, it should be a zero
