They actually came earlier than I expected!!! Good job to them!

My package supposed to delivered last Friday the 19 th of January still didn’t delivered yet.

Why is it so hard to deliver a package that l paid twenty dollars for Usps is horrible never will l ship with them again!!

I think they are highly stressed, trying to assure each of us that are mail and packages are on the way.i have done a lot of business via USPS,and I value them highly.Mishaps occur everywhere..I mess up,that being said,I give them a 4 ****,would be 5 but noone is perfect.

I paid $17.10 for priority mail for a package January 15th. Was told it would be delivered from Florida to Iowa by the 19th. Today is the 22nd and all my tracking info shows is that it's in transit. I understand weather can cause delays, but what good does tracking do if it doesn't tell you WHERE in transit it is?

usps service is terrible sent of package on January 8, 2024 as of today it still hasn't arrived to Denver was supposed to arrive the 11th!! l will never ever use them again

My mail sent with a registered mail from El Paso since 01/11 24. Not yet received till this date. What is happening? It is an important mail that should have reached me before now. Am not happy at all. I need it now.

Continuation of review for tracking # 9534610718663296502894 Over two (2) months AFTER I FILED A COMPLAINT and was told I would receive a written INVESTIGATION RESULT, I am still waiting. As of today, January 22, 2024, I have received exactly NOTHING. No INVESTIGATION REPLY, and NO REFUND of the$10.80 I paid in postage for SERVICES NOT RENDERED. 6 weeks for DELIVERY is NOT a REASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME! How do I presently RATE the U.S. Post Office, a minus ten (-10)!!!

A pkg was mailed you me on 10/23/23, tracking # 9534610718663296502894 from Danville, Kentucky. Tracking says it was swiped received at the Arkport, NY P.O. at 9:20am on Ocyober 25/2023 two days later. I did NOT receive a pick-up notice until December 1st, 2023, 6 weeks later. Multiple times I inquired about the expected package during those 6 weeks. I was told there were NO PACKAGES for me. The SENDER said it was NOT RETURNED to them. I finally received a pick-up notice on December 1st and picked up my package on December 4th, 2023. I called th P.O., and asked the Postmaster WHY IT TOOK 6 WEEKS to notify me it had arrived, WHAT they had done with it for 6 weeks? The Postmaster screamed said I was notified on 12/4/23, the day it arrived, which was a lie and contradicted tracking info. She then slammed the phone down/ rudely disconnected me. When I complained, I was given confirmation # 58579546 by someone named Debbie. I was told an investigation would take place and the P.O..had 3 days to reply. I am also requesting that the $10.80 I PAID FOR POSTAGE be REFUNDED. Not only did the P.O. take 6 weeks to notify/ give it to me AFTER THEY RECEIVED The package, I was DENIED the services I had paid for 6 weeks earlier. Finally, I could walk from Danville, Kentucky QUICKER than the P.O. gave it to me. They took 6 weeks. Someone was NOT doing their job and needs to be RETRAINED! SOMEONE also needs to be held accountable, NOT allowed to LIE and try to COVER-UP their behavior!!!

I have been waiting for an update dated 1-12-24 sent at 12:20 PM and it still in transit. I called Pop 800# but automated system couldn’t connect me to a live agent. I’m very disappointed because today is 1-22-24 and no update has been given. I understand there are weather delays but this is ridiculous!!!

Still waiting for bugs for my Bearded Dragon. Sent out on 15th, we always get them within 2 days, allowing for weather, I'd give em till the 19th. Now it's 22nd and no bus, latest update shows stuck in Kansas USPS for 4 days. Have had to spend $50 and drove 45min each way to buy some (twice) while waiting. Looks like I'll be doing the drive again today. And when whenever they do arrive they'll probably be mostly dead. To top it off, USPS service has gotten worse and they charge more!

Paid for a package for overnight wed.said she get it friday she still has not gotton it either very pissed to i will let them know.

Sent priority mail on 1/13, Ma to FL still isn't there as of 1/22 terrible, I know they had some bad weather but pony Express could have delivered it faster

I am very upset. I ordered a package at the beginning of January and it was supposed to arrive on the 13th however I took into consideration the weather and I was okay with it being a little late but now it’s the 22nd and it’s still not arrived. But last week I went to the post office there in Poplar Bluff because that’s where it’s been for a week now and they said they didn’t know where my package was but that it had been issued a new tracking number. It shouldn’t take this long for them to get my package to me and I’m especially upset that they say they gave it a new tracking number yet they don’t know where it’s at, makes no sense so I’m very upset
