Sad, I sent something to Jamaica two months ago...

My husband ordered a gift for Christmas December 11, 2023. Could not contact the company to find out when it would arrive. Went to the bank to dispute the charges to get our money back, they told us we had to Wait until 30 days after we were charged. Then we found out the payment went through PayPal. We called PayPal on January 15, 2024 found out the item was sent on January 14, 2024. Received the Tracking # from PayPal. This part here was Not. USPS fault. Then this package flew around the USA. Today is January 22, and we are supposed to receive the order today. It went from Jamaica, NY, to Chicago, to Wilmington, DE and probably back to NY??? We live in Pennsylvania. I don’t know why all of unnecessary Travel, especially to Chicago!!!

Useless government operation

Very bad service. I sent out to packages. They both have been lost. I payed $80 to ship out !!!

Paid for two day service on the 10th and it is the 21st and it is just now in transit. I would never send anything important by this method again. This is ridiculous!!!!

My boss sent me some stuff to sign and some personal papers to me says it was supposed to be here on the 1/16/24 and today is 1/22/24 tracking doesn’t help me tried to call them still no help at this point let me come and pick it up if its this bad smh never again.

My package got to its destination as at when due

Service by USPS is stinky.Such organization must not exist in USA.From my parcel depends the life of my dear person.Scoundrels are workers of USPS

Worst delivery company ever

Terrible service for real..This is gona be my last time for sure

I just I pay extra to destination with in 8 days but right now almost 35 days worst company I will never to it again with usps.

I mailed a certified letter on 12-18-23. And the person still has not got it yet. I'm not please .

I had an Amazon order that was sent as 3 separate shipments - all of which were supposed to be delivered by 10pm on Sunday, January 21st. Two of the three were delivered without incident by 4pm. The last one showed it was in transit she would arrive by 9pm. At one point there was an update that delivery was attempted at 12:11pm and was unsuccessful and would be attempted the following day, yet at 7:00pm it showed as In Transit/Out for Delivery and would still arrive by 9pm. At 9:30pm it’s STILL showing as In Transit/Out for Delivery but now says “Will Still Arrive Today” but shows no timeframe (9:00pm now gone). It also shows being held till tomorrow as one of the status updates earlier today.. I’ve reached out to customer service, but still have no idea why it shows such different delivery statuses nor which is the accurate one. I’m assuming that it’ll be deliver tomorrow. Also, being that we were at the delivery address all day I am positive no attempt was made nor do I understand how it could have possibly been unsuccessful when it was to be left out front. Again, the other two packages from the same order came without issue and were being left out front when I came outside to fetch the delivery.

I had a package that was supposed to go from California to Missouri but totally bypassed our state and went across the United States to Maryland. What is going on?
