So far I've got 4 packages that this month haven't made it to me. Very upsetting. I can't afford to replace the contents because I didn't buy the insurance. I'm on social security.

What a mess. Paid to overnight a much needed document on Tuesday. Still no letter on Saturday. I want a refund.

Priority and guaranteed mail delivery service should END. USPS is making money off people, steadily lying about guaranteeing delivery when they know first hand it is not going to happen. Shame on you, USPS!!!!

I'm debating whether or not I will use the United States parcel service again I mailed a package to my great aunt on January the 2nd today is January the 21st 2024 and my package still has not arrived to my aunt... As a stated she's my great aunt my grandma's sister and for her to have to be walking back and forth watching for the mailman everyday is ridiculous not to mention dealing with the hateful little young guys that are driving those USPS service trucks I USED THE TERM LITTLE YOUNG GUYS LOOSELY JUST LIKE THEY WEAR THEIR PANTS.... I'M PISSED!!!!

A terrible service . Four days delayed still not here

This is terrible, I've sent this package out twice. And it keeps saying no such address. Well, that's a lie. The address is correct. I've mailed blooders, Christmas cards. They've all arrived, but for some reason. Somebody doesn't want to do their job and they keep sending it back.

Shipping is so horrible I paid for my package on the 15 and it said it will be here yesterday now it delayed. They need to get there stuff together

So far I have no issues. I enrolled in text updates. USPS has been great keeping me up to date on my delivery which is arriving Monday by 10:00pm . It is 6:30am, Sunday and they sent me a text telling me it was leaving Connecticut at 3:30am Sunday. We will see if it shows up tomorrow. I have alot of faith in USPS. SINCERELY, J. Young

Paid for 2 day express Wednesday from New York to Texas and it's Sunday and package still in Jersey.

Why in the hell did this package have to go from Jamaica NY, to Chicago, Illinois, to get to Pennsylvania?!?!?!

This package was sent overnite on tues Saturday still waiting for it...they said driver called it a day and is done delivering ...and to bad that has cost me getting a really good job ...Monday morning I have to have the documents for this final interview..which now I'm not getting the job...cause usps driver called it a day and decided no more deliveries....I got regular mail why didn't they just give it to that mail person...its way past being late should have had it wed....This is just so depressing losing a excellent career opportunity due to a lazy driver this is bullshit...no I'm going to be almost homeless since I won't get the job I always longed for..I might as well jump off a bridge...this is heartwrenching...I'm so screwed

Packages NOT Delivered. Also it is Signature required. I didn’t receive anything, therefore not signed by me. If there is a signature, that’s forgery and it belongs to the forger.

I paid for PRIORITY MAIL with Insurance to deliver an important letter from Carmichael, CA to Marysville, CA (50 miles North of me) with one day delivery service and three days later this letter still has not been delivered! In addition, a check of MAP shows this letter is still in Sacramento County, just five mails from my house being taken for a ride, I guess. Very disappointed with USPS at this point. I can only hope it will be delivered by NEXT WEEK SOMETIME!! It's IMPORTANT!!

So terrible, terrible and terrible, got return on Jan 5 in Topeka, now Jan 20 STAYING IN KANSAS TRANSIT FOR ABOUT 13 DAYS OMG, I NEED MAKE A RETURN HOW IS IT POSSIBLE???!

Terrible, Terrible service, spent a fortune for priority mail and it's at a stand still in NY. It should have been in Vancover, Canada. Never again will I use our US mail service
