I paid for priority mail on January 12 and my envelope still has not arrived. This needed to arrive as I have an appointment with the passport office. I’m extremely disappointed with the US postal office. You pay for a service and they don’t deliver

I sent three large packages out, in the middle of Christmas rush mailings. I sent out on Friday and they were delivered on Monday! Thank you USPS!!

It take a longg time to ship and they said my house wasn’t on the map but my house was on the map.

Usually my packages get left downstairs because it’s a secured building with 2 locked doors but this time the guy took the package back with him and said there wasn’t a place to put it, he could’ve came upstairs like all the others have done as well and he chose not to so now I have to wait longer for my package thanks a lot USPS

I had a package arrive at post office 1 19 2024 very time sensitive. I've been to postal service here to explain that I've learned that my mail was purposely being sent to wrong address I learned about it only 2 months ago. I went online to try to follow instructions to get help in how I file a claim for missing package. My device has been dual simmed my carrier and phone manufacturer found out. I only wanted to make this stop but I figure someone and I know exactly who is doing things as me. These devices are nice but extremely dangerous. Its sad when you are truly the one bad things are happening to and you just need them to stop. So I surmise this wzz done on purpose. My package keeps adding dates n going all over. This is ridiculous

I paid for 2 pkgs to be sent Priority Mail from M-ville TX to Asburn, GA on 1/11/24 delivery date was to be 1/16/24 - five days for delivery yet as of 1/20/24 they have not arrived. Tracking says they have not been registered! What?

I will never use USPS again my package never got there in time and my family member had to leave P.R and my package still hasn't gotten there like wth.

I paid for Express Priority Mail on Tuesday 01/16, it was supposed to arrive Jan 18, I just tracked it today Jan 20 and it is still en route. I am really disappointed

I needed documents on wed I spent the $$$ to have her overnite it VIP DOCUMENTS ITS three days later found out it didnt leave Vegas for 2 days here it is Sat don't have it Now I gotta pay big time "late Penalties" loss my appointment time can't get another appointment for 4 weeks out haveto pay late fees and penalties now. ITS SAT APPARENTLY they don't deliver overnite on Saturdays...SO DISSAPPOINTED L especially when they like advantage of persons that need overnite charge u up the buthole and don't fulfill their false advertising

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you, complaining about usps service. I certified a letter and also paid first class mail ,on the 13th of January and I just track it,and it's still in route. I know the weather is bad bit I'm getting other mail. Feels like I paid to much for nothing.!!!

I paid 56.20 on Wednesday the 17th for Express and was to arrive in El Paso no later than Friday the 19th at 6 PM and on the receipt it’s guaranteed or your money back we’ll it’s still out for delivery I just tracked it on Saturday that’s passed the date never pay that again.

My letter that was sent priority on 1/13/24 was supposed to be her on 1/16 or 1/17 at latest is still in transit know it has sat at two USPS facilities for 2 and 3 days at each place the letter went right past our post office to one a hour and half past us which is crazy it's sitting in Harrisburg PA and came from north Carolina insane and it's important

We sent out a package guaranteed overnight delivery on Friday morning January 12th from Mn. It was guaranteed to arrive at it’s destination in Dolgeville, NY by Saturday, 6:00 PM January 13. It has still not arrived. We have been to the post office multiple times, and they are not able to find its location either. All the information gives us is ‘in transit’. This morning, I finally received a notification that it had arrived in Syracuse. It is still not at its destination. We have to do a lot of scrambling and problem-solving in order to correct the problem that this delay has caused. Very poor service!!
