Ive had a Christmas present going in and out of this distribution center SINCE DEC. 30th, of 2023!!!!!! I do not know who is or is not doing their job but this is clearly derelict of duty. What kind of ignorant humans could send a pkg., in and out , on and off a truck for this length of time?!! Whoever is the supervisor of this playground should be fired...Never- have I ever seen a mis-managed facility as this.....and from reviews-not only is it common it is very well accepted.

Reading all the reviews... Y'all need to get it together real fast . Ridiculous how long people have to wait for a package just from next state. No wonder they're not making any money

Package was shipped from Melrose IL. Then went to Hebron KY. Why didn't go to Chicago than to South Bend IN.???????? USPS always saying they aren't making any money. Well whoever sent this package to KY needs to be Fired and find someone else capable of doing this job. I will contact the main office about this

I ordered a new desk on Thursday January 11th 2024 they said it would be here Saturday January the13th 2024 before 7:00pm it got here Saturday at 6:00pm not only that my mail man carried my 30pd desk up to the 2nd floor and left it by door. I am thankful he did because I’m only 4”11 and I wouldn’t of been able to carry that up 2 flights of stairs and we don’t even have a elevator. I live in Washington. Sorry to here everyone ‘s bad experience with there mail.

Mailed check to irs 1-4, reached city 1-8; still not delivered to final destination 1-12 per tracking program. Check cleared 1-11 !?!?

I have been waiting for my package witch was supposed to be delivered this morning and they s a y it was delivered or lost this is vary poor service I paid good money to have this package sent to me and now I'm out and can't talk to anyone it's a joke

I had a Very Important document that was allegedly sent from Hayward California, Santa Clara Street Station. The letter was promised on 01/13/24 by 3pm and the person who sent it paid the extra delivery charge for it. After tracking the package all night and early morning, the tracking system showed the package never left the station and is currently still at the station. After calling and complaining to several alleged supervisor's, only to grind out some incompetent employee never put the letter on the truck. Since today is Saturday and Monday is MLK Holiday nothing now can be done until Tuesday. Unfortunately, my overdue rent is due tomorrow on Sunday. If a person pay for a service, that service should be rendered. Furthermore, all the representatives say is... sorry for the inconvenience. The USPS is unreasonable, unreliable and unsatisfactory. Yet, they keep going up on there prices.

I sent a very important package to my mother in law in Texas from Florida sent it priority mail and was told 3-4 business days it would ve to her. Tracked the package and it said it would be there but 9pm on the 11th of January and my mother in law has yet to receive it and no one can tell me anything. I called and was told it was in transit. Transit for 3 days?

Excellent experience with USPS. This is one of many Priority Mail parcels I've sent and have had no issues. Ty for your service.

Horrible and can't get insurance money.

Service is terrible,evidently the USPS is hiring people that can not read! In 1973 they guaranteed delivery of a first class letter in 1 day within a 500mi radius,today it takes at least 3 days to go across town.VERY SHAMEFUL
