I had an envelope with a very important document inside and it was scanned at the post office however the carrier did not have it and I never received. I should have used FedEx!

Online tracker is just okay but no guarantees. I've lost money using USPS shipping. Apparently USPS safeguards itself with worthless policy, especially when one has a problem. With all cameras everywhere still unable to record track deliveries. UPS from now on.

Sent package Monday 9, 2024 with an estimate Wednesday estimate delivery date. Today is Saturday 13 and the package hasn't arrived and it was priority mail. I paid $17.10 for delivery. So postal system sucks!

I paid for over night service. They told me that my package would arrive by 6pm the next day. Shipped on 01/11/24. Its now 01/13/24 and the package hasn’t arrived at its destination. I was also told if it didn’t arrive as promised i would receive a full refund. Neither has happened yet. I don’t know how or why this company is still in business. Why aren’t they held accountable for their actions

USPS is becoming a joke, I sent a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 11th of January, now today is the 13th and package yet to be delivered, the person that was supposed to receive the package is leaving the country...

Im supposed to be getting a new desk for my computer. I’ll keep you updated to see if it comes today

This is always super accurate and is always delivered on the day it says, I don’t understand these other reviewers issues with usps

My sister mailed my Christmas package from Winchester, Virginia and it was to be delivered by Jan. 4, 2024. Also, I am to sign for the package when it arrives. It is now Jan. 13, 2024 and still no package. Why is it taking so long to deliver?

My package was scanned as arrived and my package was supposed to be delivered January 10th and I STILL have not received anything.

I'm tired of buying from Amazon and they send my order via USPS. It never arrives on time. I'm a prime member and we are supposed to receive prime orders within 1-2 days. Ha! That's a joke! The postal service sucks!

Very dissatisfied I expected two packages I never get either one the mailman read the address the address was there and I always have packages sent to this address but he did not leave it he just took it and said oh I didn't know to my sister I can't have him sent to where I live cuz people in my building steal packages so I've gotten numerous amount of packages here but this mailman doesn't know how to read the address

I received was supposed to receive two packages and the mailman and had the correct address they recognize the name so he sent them back he sent them back to the person who sent them to me and I never got either package I'd have other people ordering for me because the mailman can't read the address very dissatisfied it's from the Providence Post office

Bought 2 books, I just received one today, the other is either in Tn or Swedesburg,NJ. There are 2 conflicting places as to where my other book is. The Postmaster General in Washington has to be Fired for all his cutbacks. IT is the only way we,As Americans, are going to begin to get our mail correctly delivered and not constantly lost.

Unbelievable! I'm a Nam-era vet, receiving VA care. VA sent my medication overnight, from like 60 miles away...I'm in northern California. I'm out of my meds - need them to survive! Just found out USPS mis-routed my parcel to Los Angeles, some 400 miles south!!! No way it's gonna make it back up here today! How stupid are these people being hired by USPS, these days??? Un-friggin- believable!!!
