I paid for faster delivery, you people have mest this up bad. This product was in my town two days ago then went to st.louis .

I mailed 2 packages on Dec 7 packages were the exact same thing one going to Oshkosh Wi and one going to Frankfort Il from the Elgin Il post office. The package going to Oshkosh was received yesterday Dec 12. The package going to Frankfort Il from the same post office is still in transit. I could have got in my car and drive it back and forth many times. One report I got it went to Kentucky even. What are you guys doing?

Paid for two day delivery.. it’s been 5 still not delivered

I mailed a padded envelope and paid for Second Day Delivery 11/2823. The tracking number shows that it has been stuck in Greenville since Dec. 2nd and there has been no progress since then. I am very concerned and dont' know what else to do? Can you please help?

I sent my package on11/22/2023 and yet not received.

I sent a priority package with tracking for a return to a business. Two weeks then 3 weeks then 4 weeks and still it said out for delivery. Company said they didn’t receive it. After numerous phone calls to the local PO to where it was delivered, I was told by the PO it was delivered however, packages are not always scanned in. The PO representative told me companies frequently say packages are not received so they don’t have to pay the customer for the return. So typical of this bureaucracy, blame someone else for their not following their own rules. Then to top it off, we are sorry you are past the date to make a claim!

Disappointing. Did priority mail to ensure it will be there in time , as it was a birthday present, and two days later it still hasn’t been received.

When usps uses a private carrier the leave my package in the wrong place. On more than one occasion my package was damaged because it was left out in the rain.
