I sent a package to Florida from New Jersey 12/1/2023 priority mail and as of today 12/12/2023 package not received and no one is able to provide with any information . The package is not even register in the system . You can’t trust the us postal service anymore. I need answers but I only getting the round around . If I can rate with a 0 star ⭐️ I would .

lousy postal Service. had to wait quite a while in Burlington Vermont at the main post office, just to mail a small package. The US Congress and senators should change the name to United States postal, removing service from the name. The small package was supposed to arrive in Stanton Virginia yesterday December 11th and still has not arrived.

Constantly losing my packages, but this time it's worse! I've expected a package that is full of Christmas presents that I've ordered for the children, and our church family. I tried getting help, but they have no explanation! Customer support was rude, in a rush to get me off the phone, unhelpful!!!

Stop telling ppls that there package will be shipped and received by a certain date just be honest and say there is a possible delay.

Mailed my package from Massachusetts 12/8 to Chattanooga TN…my slip says estimated delivery date 12/11… guess that’s not happening it’s 12/12 and is only in Connecticut… might get there by Christmas
