Haven't received my package yet that was sent out November 30. It just keeps bouncing around My address is on the box. Along with others that I heard was accidently old labels that needed peaked off. But the thing is. Why has it never been sent to my address that's on it and the label was on the pictures of each time it went some where. Come on how hard is it to figure out? My post man's been trying to track it down an get it to the right place.

I paid for overnight delivery for $28.75 and the receipt shows next day delivery but the package was delivered a week after as per tracking online, they just took my money for a very delayed and poor service, not true to its promise.That package consists of time sensitive documents.

I paid extra for 2 day delivery and it took 12 days to deliver my package. That was not cool. I am sorry but I would say it was terrible service. I expected my package to be flown where it was going so it would be fast. It was turtle delivery. I am so not impressed. The next time I think I will have to use a different service.

Only 2 or 3 rating are you kidding me if it wasn't for them you would not have the luxury of,a wedding baby maybe even a death so we better thank our lucky ⭐ we have them HOPE Y'ALL GET YOUR CHRISTMAS CARD they will get it to you don't forget there also FRONT LINE. Thank you USPS. GREAT JOB

At our Council Bluffs, IA post office, they are short handed but the two behind the counter work quickly and s efficiently. That is what's needed to make sure everyone's package arrives, intact, and on time. Next year, I will shop earlier to help the devoted people at USPS. Good going, people!!

My sister mail package last Tuesday still haven't gotten it

Mailed two parcels at Burlington NJ post office today. Delighted with the service. Friendly efficient service. However, must register my dissatisfaction with Mr Louis DeJoy-Postmaster General? Dude is a douche bag and is trying to dismantle the USPS. LOVE President Biden but DeJoy must go. Happy Holidays to the postal employees who are now working Sundays to deliver Amazon packages. Disgraceful.

Left 1 star because there is nothing lower. Tracked my package to Topeka. Arrived in Topeka 4 days ago. Still haven't received it. Customer service is a joke. Good thing this is a government department because would have been out of business if it was a private business.
