Worst customer service EVER!!!

How is it possible that my parcel left Toronto Dec 6th Wednesday and will only get to me on the 13th, is someone walking it to me ????

2 weeks waiting for a package from Philadelphia and It has been sitting in Springfield Massachusetts for 5 days!!! Ups /FedEx tops 2 to 3 days! Terrible Service!!! From now on I will be instructing Venders to not!!! Use USPS OR I will purchase elsewhere. Time to defund Snail Mail!

I ordered Dec. 4th and here it is Dec.9, the post office hasn't picked it up yet. Lazarus Naturals is not as fast as they used to be.....now they are blaming USPS. Never had a problem with USPS, but I surely want my order since you have taken my payment already!!! I am very disappointed.....

Took to post office 12/04/2023 paid $11.00 and its sat 12/09/2023 and still no pkg what is going on I should mailed it with another co.

It’s been 3 months and there’s no word on what happened to the package.

I paid a priority rate to have my Christmas cookies to arrive in four days and here it is seven days and they still are not there. This is total bull crap. Will never use USPS to send another thing!

Convenient way to monitor package progress

I sent a package that was supposed to be delivered Thursday, December 7 and it was just delivered today, Saturday, December 9th. The postal rates keep going up, but the service keeps going down!

My eye glasses have been sitting in the same spot for 2 weeks. Think about that next time you complain about a nurse taking 5 minutes to answer a call light!
