i paid for a service it was suppouse to be in PR on Thurday Not the following week i should get a refund

I am very upset had family member send cht presents over a week ago for my 4 year old and USPS has no idea where the package is and now my four year old has to do without his Christmas presents

Morons can’t get the package delivered on time. Two days late. That’s your government for you.

Why do I need to put my credit card number in just to track a package ridiculous.

My package was mailed Monday and here it was due to arrive on Thursday now it’s Saturday, They have gotten horrible

The tracking does not work and the date and time is wrong we have the worst service in the world I have never got a package when I was together it always late and can not track it

Paid to have a package overnight shipped on dec 6th should be here on the 7 th here it is the 9 th still no package and no word. USPS never again!!!!

I Now know the term snail mail! You never have your tracking working or correct! My package has been sitting in Springfield Massachusetts for 3 days! Joke!!!

This service must be back to riding horses now , I've heard of slow but a turtle could deliver faster . Guess the USPS is trying to save money on gas .Hey USPS it's not the 1800s anymore it's 2023 do you think you can get with the program . I'll use ups from now on .
