USPS reviews

They are so unreliable and disgusting, I send a package from Traverse City MI to Kingston Jamaican, from August express and it shows it went to Miami and didn't go to Jamaica but went to El Salvador, my address was correct, but obviously the lady at the USPS did something wrong, now it's three months and I can't get it back or anything back, I have filed a complaint over 20 times, called all sort of numbers and still nothing and I am now getting ready to go home and still nothing about my package. The stuff in the package worth over $500 plus they charge me for express $200+. Now what am I to do??

Sent granddaughters in Calgary Canada Halloween cards, have receipt and tracking, and ONE card got delivered

My package left the post office 4 days after was received. And since this 6 days I still haven’t received any feedback of WHERE is my package. I only know it made it to the USA and nothing else!!!!

Certified mail sent from San Bernardino, California to Yuma, Arizona on 10/25/2023. 6 days later and I still haven’t received it.

Paid for a rate to ensure quick delivery. Found out while tracking package it is not quick delivery. Goes by working days. Pkg is sitting in a post office. Should have been in the air by now!
