USPS reviews

I tracked my package and it says usps have delivered it on 26th October 2023 but I have not received or seen the package in my mail or at my door till now.

I sent a package out on Monday of last week and was told it would arrive on Thursday of last week and it bouncing around from one hub to another I entered the tracking number and it shows package everywhere but the destination call customer service and they was nice but no help a big joke and I give a big 0 rating

I have sent a package from Germany to the US around 16 days ago, priority mail and everything. It costs me all together 50€, so it arrives before the 28th of October. And now it's apparently stuck in L.A. and now seeing these comments is rising the concern of it arriving much later than actually said. It's a bummer. A big bummer.

Im worried because I don't know why my packet to Houston not arrived yet???

Today is the eight days, and the package is not here.

It's bad enough I have to have everything delivered to a PO box because the postmaster won't deliver to my house. But now a Halloween decoration that was due to arrive on the 24th is somewhere in Wisconsin as of the 28th? What the hell? Why is a package destined for Sherwood, Oregon sitting in Wisconsin?

Package has been waiting in one facility for 4 days without ever moving. Very frustrating and poor service by usps.

Parcel is reported delivered by usps into my mailbox on 10/26/23 but up to now I haven't seen it yet

I sent a letter by priority mail on Wed.Oct.18th for $12.26 and was told it should arrive on Monday Oct. 23rd and it did not arrive until Thur. Oct. 27th. It was a very important letter so I'm disappointed it took so long

Letter mailed 10/17/2023 scheduled delivery Monday arrived to SC Thursday. The late delivery is a problem. Why does stamps keep going up for poor service ? This is why people do online banking. Hampton Roads mail go up to Richmond to come by to Hampton Roads to be delivered, is this your best practice?

A package that was to be delivered to my friend in Renfrew, PA on Monday, Oct 23 has been sitting in the Pittsburgh Distribution Center for the past 4 days!!! I am losing faith in the US Postal service!

Most of what they do is well done! What they mess up, they mess up badly. Still a 4 out of 5!
