Mailed package from New Albany, OH to Huntsville, AL. Why is it in MI?

I sent a letter by priority mail on Wed.Oct.18th for $9.64 and was told it should arrive on Monday Oct. 23rd and it did not arrive until Thur. Oct. 26th. It was a very important letter so I'm disappointed it took so long.

These guys have never made any of my packages late or lost...knock on wood, Hanover Pennsylvania 17331 Post Office is very good. Thank you guys.

I sent a certified letter on August 10th, 2023 to Jackson Wyoming and the post office lost it. Certified that cost me $10.69 to mail and they can't even keep track of it! It's been two and a half months and I still can't find it! Need a new postmaster general and/or a postal system overhaul. Technology is making delivery worse instead of better.

Can't believe my postal rep suggested certified only on an important document to be sent for over 5.00 from Flagler bch to Sterling VA. Government office. Took at least 3 days south to Orlando then another 2 days nth. to just arrive at Sterling PO. STILL NOT AT FINAL DESTINATION! ONly because she says " no guarantees" even with priority or overnight. With a smirk on her face. Another great accomplishment from an incompetent govt.agency.

I paid $29.00 for next day delivery and it's not there I have to pay fee $100 because is late

very bad service, I sent a package by express mail on Monday, October 16, 2023 and it is already October 26 and it still has not arrived. They asked me if I wanted regular shipping, it took 2 weeks but it was cheaper, and express shipping more money but It arrived in 3 to 5 days, if it was delayed it was their fault the package went from Dallas to Monterrey, why send it from Dallas to Chicago and again return it to Houston and from there to Mexico, if Monterrey is closer, if it was delayed it was their fault

Not pleased with the service. Paid extra to get package delivered in two days. Of course it didn’t arrive. This has happened before. I should do what others have done. Go to ups.

The worst shipping company, 1 month since they recieved my package, now they don't know where It is. My important documents are lost anywhere.
