They lied the letter sent priority 2 day mail didn't get to the address for 6 DAYS. WOW THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND THE TRACKING OR LETTER. I TOLD THEM AT THE POST OFFICE THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED.

Mailed in my passport renewal on 09/29/2023. That's 26 days ago! It was going to Philadelphia Pennsylvania. According to the USPS tracking it is possibly another 10 to 900 hrs from now! What is wrong with this picture?
