It has told me my package was in the same spot since i ordered it! That was 4 days ago and also said it was delivered but it was not and the app says it wont be delivered for like 2days! Figure ur website out

Very very poor service in P.R.The person need to go to post office on Saturday to pick up the letter after wait for that all Friday.I paid for overnight delivery.($30.41).Poor service as always.

So let me get this straight. Supposably you upgraded everything 8 months ago, normally it took less than 12 hrs for my medicine to get from Asheville to Greenville and be delivered, NOW with your upgraded equipment it takes 3-4 days...WTF..!!! YOUR office in Asheville and Charlotte are the slowest distribution centers in the southeast. GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM IDIOTS.

I’ve sent 2 packages from Texas to Puerto Rico. Was supposed to arrive the 14th it’s 6 days late!! 1 packages came on Monday broken and missing item. I imagen the other package it’s still in Florida.

I mailed a package in May and has not reached it's destination

They dilver packages late when they could be delivering them early they do it on purpose. Ridiculous wait time. Unexpectable service. They mistreat people's packages also. That's how things get broke.

Destroyed food items they went through it was all over the other stuff they have no respect for people's packages. They really do a horrible job delivering packages also. Can't trust these people to keep your packages from being destroyed. Even though destruction of someone's mail can be a felony.

I paid for this too arrive on Thursday not Friday. What wrong with you people. I deserve a refund on package .

I sent a Priority mail that was supposed to reach the desoin July 17 . It’s July 19 still haven’t reach the destination.

I've been going to the post office for 53 years plus 9 months in my mother's belly I'm in Lowell,Mass. now and the smell of mail since the belly is real God bless USPS.

I sent package priority and it was to arrive YESTERDAY, 7/17/24, and it still hasn't been delivered! Why do you charge additional for expedited delivery and don't honor your delivery date?! We should get a partial refund!!

The tracking application is almost worthless. After days, it only indicates that the item is ‘in transit’

Very poor website. I checked earlier today on my package. It was in Roseville. I checked this evening. It's in San Francisco I live in Chico. It's going the wrong way.
