Very up set with are mail service what is going on eather late don't get it .

SO FAR SO GOOD..WENT TO DENVILLE NJ POST OFFICE TO MAIL CERT MAIL. So far item is moving n I'm tracking it..it would be better if sender received a text when item is delivered..however, I'm satisfied that I can track item..

Package delivered two days late! This is the second time in 2 months

Not real impressed with local post office. Left work early to be able to pick up a package only to find the service window closed early. I lose money and they go home early. This has happened many time. Really need a new postal master that is worthwhile

I sent a package on Friday July 19, 2024, before 11am., is suppose to receive it today and is not...before, I sent my package on Fridays before 11am, and the person receive it by Monday...

Send a package from destin to Hollywood and it's been 1 month my package can't be found. It was not delivered, not returned it fell off the earth.

my package was supposed to come in 3 days ago my package number said it was in my city then i never got my package USPS keeps delaying my order now it's back at the warehouse when it was supposed to be here yesterday

I paid extra to have a letter delivered. It was mailed July 9th. Today is July 23rd. The letter is still not here. Unexceptable service!!

A parcel was sent from Whitefish Mt. On Monday of last week a priority package fee of 12. 95 q was charger for a 3- 5 DAY EXPECTANCY, the parcel is still yet to arrive and all that tracking shows is that its encountered, hard to believe the price and no follow through on behalf of USPS. overpaid and no.service responsibility. Then you wonder why your losing business at an alarming rate. But your federal and every American knows anything federal ,count on it being screwed up.

I have a mailman who tends to deliver my packages to the wrong address. At least 3 times this year I have notices that my packages have been delivered in the email notice(which worksgreat, by the way), but after checking my mailbox & not finding packages, I ended up calling our Postmaster in Jacksonville, Alabama. She can actually see my mailbox online & has contacted my mail carrier who has had to retrieve my packages from the wrong address that he delivered it to & then redelivered it back to our address. Another time this same year, one of my neighbors brought a package he had received by mistake from my mail carrier. We occasionally receive other people's mail by mistake, delivered by the same mailman. Alot of your packages are probably being delivered to the wrong address. Thank God for our good Postmaster!

Sent a package Global International to the Philippines on July 9th, supposed to take 3-5 business days. Today is July 21st, has yet to arrive. Not impressed with their service.

Have had 2 deliveries in the last month, they both arrived within 2-3 days. Very happy with the service.

A package that I bought on July 7 had to arrive on July 17, that is, and it turns out that what I had bought was a gift for my sister who was celebrating July 20 and they changed the date for July 23rd. They told me what I could get it or on July 23 or before that date and it turns out that it has not arrived. I could not give your gift to my sister because of USPS because they are liars. My package arrived in the city that is two hours from where I live on July 15 and I don't know why they haven't sent it. They told me that it was because of the weather where here neither the hurricane didn't happen or rain because the hurricane where the hurricane happened is eight hours from where I live and when the hurricane was here it didn't appear at all a drop of rain. It has always been sunny in fact nor has it rained.

It should be illegal to run a business this poorly. I can't believe there is still a post office in operation with this kind of service. Why do they even offer overnight service when clearly, after reading all the reviews and my experience, they can't provide that service. That's just blatant theft. Shameful!
