I had an overnight package due today. It's after 9 pm it never arrived. I paid $30..00 extra for overnight delivery. Hopefully it's not lost again. This will be the 3rd package lost in 2 years. Please find my package!

Everybody I come in contact with for the most part have a beautiful attitude now granted some of the postman that deliver mail are very lazy where I live at very very lazy but the young lady that always help me inside has a very beautiful attitude she always help me fill out my packages make sure everything is right and she always keeps a smile on her face makes me smile I give five stars because everybody isn't cut out for this job

USPS is a liar. They convinced me to go with its priority mail so my package can get to the recipient by Friday afternoon before the recipient 's office closes and I told her the office is not open on weekends. She promised and convinced me to cancel my ground advantage option but use priority mail. This USPS only wants money so badly, trained their employees to suck out people's money as much as possible. They should not lie to customers. My package has been delayed, USPS should refund me my money. Do they ever do this? USPS should know all Americans are suffering inflation, not just them. We can not afford such expensive next day priority mail but in fact my recipient is not going to get his package until Monday, three days later. For a four days delivery, $9.70 is way too expensive.

My doc still in transit since September 18. 2023. Until today September 22.2023 very bad service .

can't believe the speed!

Well first of all my packages have arrived at there location, but, someone took the label off of one of the boxes, but both boxes are the same and they both have writing on them with permanent marker with the address for which they are going to, so I don't know why they have to go and look at them both, it's the same address on both of them. Omg I am not very happy at all about this, this has never happened to to me before.

USPS cannot locate a very important set of closing documents, even with tracking #. This is causing a major amount of stress and time.
