Package hasn't updated location or moved in a week. Maximum it could sit where it is apparent could be over 550 days. I just wanted a T-Shirt

Horrible service. Second time. Try and try find what l sent my kids. Was 15 min away from their house 19th. Today the 21st. Can't find it. Grandkids were waiting for my cards in package.

Took almost a week in the same facility with no movement!!

Terrible and complicated

In my experience… if you mailed a package and it gets “lost” do everything in your power to make contact with the Post Office, because soon they will tell you it’s too late to do anything. I had this happen to me they were like oh well it’s too late now.

I was supposed to get my parcel, they sent me a message stating that it has been delivered but nothing arrived!!! I am disgusted!!! My parcel was expensive!!! Would never recommend this service not even worth a 1 which we have to compulsory put!!!!

USPS is the most slow delivery agency it has been more than 20 days today I haven't received my package I'm very sad I regret ever using USPS

I expressed mailed a package from Coldfoot Camp Alaskas Post Office on Sept 11 2023. It is September 20th now. My friends have not received the package yet and the USPS TRACKING IS NOT TRACKING MY PACKAGE I MAILED 9 DAYS AGO. I've been trying and trying everyday to get help with this. But no post office answers there phones. Ever. What do I do. It's insured. So how do I get reimbursed for the items in package and time and expense of them loosing my personal property in their possesion ? Help Please

Still waiting on package that was to be delivered on 9-16-2023 and as of today it has been delayed in transit several days.It says left Amszon facility and the delayed.It is now 9-20-2023 and still no package.

Since 09/13/2023 Two parcels were mail to Mayaguez, PR 00682. Tracking numbers 9505 5151 8702 3256 8110 91 and 9505 5151 8702 3256 8111 14 has yet to be deliver. Where are they?

Worst service ! Paid for overnight delivery. 36 hours later still don't have it!

I pay overnight its was live animal and its say I'm getting 2 day after the animal may die by the time I get them not good at all
